This baseball season might have been Travis's first and last. He played for the Angels and had a fabulous coach, who also happened to be a dad to one of Travis's best friends. Gabriel, Ryan S., and Chase were all in his kindergarten class and on his baseball team.
He went to every practice and every game he could (a lot of his games were on Sunday during church). He took care of his hat, bat, mitt, and helmet the entire season. Going to the snack shack after the games kept him content enough to finish the season without quitting even though he didn't enjoy going to practice ever.
His says his sport is going to be soccer, and that he probably won't play baseball again. Hopefully I get to be team mom, so I can name their soccer team the Angels. It wouldn't hurt.
